Event photographer in Paris

In October 2022, the company Talentis, leader in the fields of Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, invited me to be their event photographer in Paris, during an evening under the theme of Metavers, to realize their corporate event photo report.

If you were wondering, the Metaverse is an entirely virtual world, a collection of universes parallel to ours in which we evolve and interact, if not already the case, as in real life. This virtual environment combines social media, video games, augmented reality, but also crypto-currencies. Simply put, this is the future that will disrupt our habits!

As an event photographer in Paris, I went directly to Talentis’ offices, 66 Rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré, in Paris, to understand this notion of Metavers, and I was not disappointed!

As soon as I got there, I noticed that the atmosphere was very futuristic. Virtual reality helmets and their controllers are placed on the floor of the main room. I talk with some Talentis collaborators, I prepare my equipment, and once I’m familiar with the place and everyone has their headset plugged in, the event reporting can start.

That day, I’m accompanied by Martin, my assistant cameraman and editor. We operate with two cameras. The difficulty of this type of service lies in the mobility. Indeed, I have to be ingenious and juggle with the locations to vary my shots and not disturb the session of the collaborators experimenting the virtual reality helmets. As I often say, having the gift of ubiquity is a quality not to be underestimated for the corporate photographer Paris.
