Corporate photoshoot in Paris

My approach to a good corporate photoshoot in Paris, during an event, is to capture the atmosphere and the emotions while remaining discreet. This is how I covered the heritage meetings organised by Le particulier at the Maison de la Chimie in Paris. My aim was to illustrate the day’s proceedings as well as possible, with conferences, thematic workshops and stands where visitors asked questions and left with documentation.

In order to provide a wide variety of photographs for use in different communication media, I am used to capturing all the moments that make a professional event interesting, such as a meeting between two people, a surprised look during a demonstration or taking notes during a conference.

As a corporate photographer Paris, I have had the opportunity to shoot several corporate photoshoots in Paris. Amongst these shoots, I was contacted by a large company to cover a corporate party in Paris with 350 participants at the Grand Pavillon de Chantilly.

As always when I work on a corporate photoshoot in Paris, I took care to prepare my equipment before the guests arrived to make sure that everything was operational. I scouted the location to make sure I could capture the atmosphere and emotions of this corporate photoshoot in Paris. The evening was split into two separate parts, one part for the dinner and one part for the dance floor and DJ set up.

During the evening, I made sure to vary the shots between the staff at the tables and those dancing and singing on the dance floor. I also captured the important moments such as the speeches and presentations, but also all the moments that made the evening interesting.
